On the Day Management - About 6 weeks prior to your wedding date, we will meet at your venue to go through your supplier agreements and discuss the timings for your wedding celebration. We will also create a day plan, with which we will use to co-ordinate your suppliers.
On your wedding day, we will arrive early to oversee the set up, liaise with suppliers and once your wedding begins we will be there to deal with any queries from you or your guests.
Our professional management of your wedding day will ensure that you, your family and friends can relax and enjoy every moment of your incredible day.
Wedding Co-ordinator - Following an initial cunsultation, we will either discuss in detail the arrangements that you have already made with your suppliers and to establish any items that require completion before the big day or which services you require assistance with. If requested we will source and present a selection of suppliers guaranteed to bring a special touch to your wedding day.
We can also assist you with decision-making and will manage your chosen suppliers to ensure that you receive a completely professional service for your wedding celebration.
Ideally around 8 weeks prior to your wedding date we will then check and confirm all arrangements in writing with your suppliers and also visit your venue, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. At this point in the preparations we will finalise your guest list with you and create a table plan.
Throughout, we will keep you fully updated and will also create a fully scheduled day plan, copies of which will be issued to your suppliers so that your day flows seemlessly. If preferred, we can be in attendance on the day to oversee your wedding celebration. Venue Decor
